Is it safe to order online?

Of course. Give it Time uses a Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. If however you still feel uneasy about ordering online feel free to contact us on (02) 6622 5952  and we shall happily process your order.

Are my personal details safe with Give it Time?
The Give it Time store practices safe e–commerce. We do not store credit card details and at no time do we share any of our customers information with any other parties. We do retain customer information in the interest of further communication with our customers. If at anytime you would like your information removed from our files please contact us shop@giveittime.com.au

What is Give it Time's refunds/exchange policy?

There is nothing that pleases us more than a happy customer, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 10 days of receipt of purchase. We will need a copy of your receipt to be included in the return. We shall notify you as soon as we receive it and provide you with a credit note to be used within three months.

Exchanges are to be returned at the customers own expense and sent to 4/13 Pendara Crescent,Lismore Heights NSW 2480 Australia. We can not accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on sale. Please note: A returned item must be in brand new condition or we are unable to accept the item for return or exchange.

Does Give it Time deliver worldwide?

Yes , we will ship all over the world. Shipping costs may vary so please see shipping details for further information on this.

When will my order be sent?

All orders received and confirmed prior to 3pm will be dispatched on the same day, this excludes weekends and public holidays.

When will my order arrive?

All orders should arrive between 2-5 days . Should you require your delivery faster please contact us and a nominal fee will be added.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is a flat rate $8.00 throughout Australia.

On most occasions we use the services of a courier company, where this is not possible (due to remote location) we use Australia Post Express delivery. As all parcel need to be signed for, we ask that you DO NOT provide us with a Post Office Box address, where possible please have deliveries sent to a work place or residence where someone is available to receive the item as they will need to be signed for. A tracking number will be available for all sent items, should you at any stage require the tracking number please contact us.

How Can I place an order?

1.    Online using your credit card, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express and Diners.

2.    Over the phone on (02) 6622 5952 . if we are unavailable please leave us a message and we will get back to you ASAP.

3.    Email us your order and pay via Direct Debit:

Please use your name when paying and send us an email to let us know you have paid. Keep in mind payments may take up to 48 hours to clear, and items will be sent once payment has cleared.

Should you require your order to be wrapped as a gift please let us know in the comments section of the ordering process and we will wrap free of charge.
